IBRAGIMOVA, Elvira Vinirovna (b.3.6. 1978 in Ufa), Athlete. Merited Master of Sports (biathlon and cross-country skiing) of Russia (2007). Awarded with the Order of Salavat Yulayev (2006). A trainee of the training and production enterprise of All- Russia Society of the Blind (Belebey), the Sports Skills Development School of the RB (Coaches: A.A.Gumerov, S.R.Gumerov). Silver Medalist of the Paralympic Games (2002) in the relay, the 5 and 10 km Races Silver Medalist (2005) in the relay and Bronze Medalist (2000) in the relay, Winner of the Cross-Country Skiing World Championships. Bronze Medalist of the Paralympic Sprint Games (2006), the 12.5 km Race and Sprint World Champion (2005), Silver Medalist of the 12.5 km Biathlon Race World Championship (2009). Member of the Russian National Team (2000–10).
