KARAKULEVSKOYE

KARAKULEVSKOYE (in translation from Bashkir — black lake), Ariyevskoye, swamp, a natural monument (2005). Located on the northern outskirts of Derevnya Karakulevo, near Derevnya Verkhneye Absalyamovo of Duvansky Raion in the valley of the Anyak River (basin of the Ai River). Total area — 106 ha. Rare plant species grow here: swamp ledum, Cypripedium calceolus, himaphila umbellata, Dactylorhiza fuchsii, Schoenus ferrugineus, etc. It is the only place in the Republic, wher Cladium mariscus grows, which is included in The Red Lists of the RB and RSFSR.
