NABIULLINA, Elvira Sakhipzadovna (b.29.10.1963, Ufa), Statesman. Awarded with the 4th Class Order for Merits to the Fatherland (2012), Order of Friendship (2011). Graduated from the MSU (1986). Since 1994, she worked at the Ministry of Economy of the RF: since 1997 the Deputy Minister of Economy of the RF. Between 1998–99 the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company Promtorgbank, the Executive Director of the Eurasian Rating Service, between 1999–2000 its Vice‑President, between 2003–05 President of the The Center of Strategic Development Fund. Between 2000–03 1st Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the RF, since 2005 Head of the Expert Council of the Committee in charge of organization of the RF Chairmanship in the “Group of Eight”, since 2007 the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the RF, since 2008 the Minister of Economic Development of the RF, since 2012 Assistant to President of the RF, since 2013 Chairman of the Central Bank of the RF.
