G.G.KUVATOV REPUBLICAN CLINICAL HOSPITAL
G.G.KUVATOV REPUBLICAN CLINICAL HOSPITAL, the leading clinical, consultative and instructional institution in Bashkortostan. Founded in 1876 in Ufa. In 1976 the hospital was named after G.G.Kuvatov. It consists of the consultative and diagnostic polyclinic, the inpatient clinic, the diagnostic centre, the department of emergency and scheduled consultative medical care (ref. Medical aviation) and others. There are 28 clinical departments in the inward clinic, such as the Clinical Bacteriological Centre, Department of Hematology, Department of Coloproctology, Department of Neurosurgery, Department of Rheumatology, Department of Purulent Surgery, Department of Traumatology and Orthopedy, Surgical Department, etc. The R.C.H. houses 22 diagnostic and therapeutic centers and 10 departments of BSMU. The number of full‑time beds in the inpatient clinic is 1,140. In 2017, there were over 570 physicians and about 900 healthcare workers employed. I.‑G.G. Kadyrov, R.Sh.Magazov and others made a significant contribution into the development of the hospital.
