AGIDEL Bashkir Art Crafts, GUP (Ufa). The  largest  enterprise  in  Bashkortostan, involved in fabrication of the products of decorative and applied arts. Manufactures products  of  miniature  lacquer  painting, with paintings on wood and fabric (batik), stitched  products  (bed  and  table  linen, national   clothes),   products   of   artistic weaving. Established in 1963, by uniting lone artisans, industrial artels and Birsk Factory of Artistic Products (until 1997). Awarded  with  the  Order  of  Peoples’ Friendship (1981).
