SESKUTOV, Yuri Vasilyevich

 (13.11. 1927,Volsk – 26.9.2008, Salavat), Industrialist. Merited Construction Worker of the BASSR (1977). Awarded with the Order of Lenin (1966), Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1971). Graduated the Higher Engineering Courses of the Ministry of the Construction Materials Industry of the USSR (Moscow, 1955). Since 1960 at Salavatsteklo Production Group (until 1979 as Gen. Dir.); between 1980–94 Dir. of the Bashkir Branch of the Design Bureau of the RDI of Glass, between 2000–08 Gen. Dir. of OOO Veteran (both – in Salavat). Under the leadership of S., the manufacture of window and front window glass, carpet and mosaic tiles, crystal and mirror products, thermos, etc was mastered.
