TELYASHEV, Gumer Garifovich (13.12.1931, Derevnya Imay-Karamaly of Davlekanovsky Raion of the BASSR – 2.6.2016, Ufa), Engineer-Technologist. D.Sci. (Engineering Sciences) (1993), Full Professor (1994). Hero of Socialist Labor (1960). Merited Innovator of the BASSR (1978), Merited Chemist of the BASSR (1991), Merited Oil Industry Worker of the RF (1996). Awarded with the Order of Lenin (1960). Graduated from the UPI (1962). Since 1950, he worked at Ufimsky Refinery, since 1954 – at Novoufimsky Refinery, simultaneously, since 1994 – at USPTU. Since 1998 Organizer and Dir. of the INTECO Engineering Center of Petrochemical Processing, since 2004 Dir. of the R&D Institute of Petrochemical Processing (both – in Ufa). Scientific professional activity is dedicated to the problems of in-depth petroleum processing. Under the leadership of T., highly efficient mass transfer devices and structures, technologies for the production of environmentally friendly motor fuels were introduced.
