HOUSING-CIVIL CONSTRUCTION, a construction industry, specializing in the erection and reconstruction of the facilities of non productive sphere: residential buildings, educational institutions, health care institutions, cultural institutions, administrative buildings, trade, public catering, household services enterprises, sports facilities, etc. The peculiarity of H. c.c. is its complex nature. Along with the construction of residential buildings, it solves the urban planning tasks, associated with the creation of a network of educational, health, and cultural institutions, enterprises of consumer services and household utility services for the population, landscaping and improvement of the territory. H. c.c. in the RB is performed by the 3rd Trust Group of Companies, Gosstroy, Trust No.1, OAO Bashsantekhmontazh, KPD (all – in Ufa), etc. Engineering of the facilities of H. c.c. is performed by Archproyekt Firm, design institutes Bashagropromproyekt, Bashkirgrazhdanproyekt, Bashzhilkommunproyekt, Zhilstroyinvest (all – in Ufa), etc. The production of the sets of lightweight parts for residential houses (Construction Structures Plant in Sterlitamak), stick frame wooden homes with effective insulation (Belsky and Meleuz woodworking plants) was organized. Since 1997, the Housing Construction Fund of the RB has been operating within the framework of the implementation of federal and national target housing programs.
