ZAYTSEV, Mikhail Alekseyevich (1.3.1938, Selo Bogolyubovka of Chishminsky Raion of the BASSR – 8.7.2010, Ufa), Statesman. Graduated from the UAI (1972). Between 1963–65, 1st Secretary of Ordzhonikidzevsky Raion Committee of All Union Leninist Young Communists League of Ufa. Since 1978, Head of Department of the Ufa City Committee of the CPSU. Since 1980, Chairman of the Kirovsky Raion Council of People’s Deputies Executive Committee of Ufa. Since 1987, at Ufa City Council of People’s Deputies: Chairman of the Executive Committee, since 1990 Chairman. Simultaneously, since 1992 Head of the Administration of Ufa. Between 1995–99, Chairman of the State Assembly of the RB. Member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the RF (1997–99).
