ZILIM (in translation from Bashkir — ice lead, rivulet), Elem, a river, a right tributary of the Belaya River. Length — 215 km, basin area — 3,280 km². The basin relief is represented by low mountains, the territory is dismembered by the valleys of multiple tributaries, karst is developed. Landscapes are mostly represented by broadleaf forests. Swampiness — 1%.
