ZIMIN, Mikhail Sergeyevich (b.1.5.1983 in Zlatoust), Athlete. Merited Master of Sports (swimming) of Russia (2012). Awarded with the Order of Friendship (2012). A trainee of the Specialised Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No.18 (Ufa; Coach – I.L.Tveryakov). Champion of the 100 m Breaststroke Swimming Paralympic Games (2012), the World Champion (2010) in the relay, the Silver (2006, 2013) and Bronze (2010, 2015) World Championship 100 m breaststroke swimming Medalist, the Short Course Relay World Champion (2009). The Swimming at 100 m Breaststroke World Record holder (2012). Participant of the Paralympic Games (2008). Member of the Russian National Team (since 2006).
