ISYANBAYEV, Mazgar Nasipovich (b.15.9.1936 in Selo Itkulovo 2nd of Baymaksky Raion of the BASSR), Economist. Acad. of the AS RB (2002), Dr. of Economics (1987), Full Professor (1993). Merited Master of Sciences of the RF (1998) and BASSR (1986). Awarded with the Order of Salavat Yulayev (2011). Graduated from the BSU (1961). Since 1963 (with an interval), he works at the Institute of Social and Economic Research, simultaneously, between 2001–04 – at the BSU; since 1990 Head of the Department of Social Economic Problems of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RB, simultaneously, since 1994 Advisor to Chairman of the Supreme Council of the RB, since 1995 Chairman of the State Assembly of the RB for Economic Issues. Scientific studies are devoted to problems of the formation and functioning of the republican and regional industries as subsystems of the national economy.
