ISHBULATOV, Khadzhiakhmet Iskhakovich [16.3.1851, Derevnya Udryakbash of Ufimsky Uyezd of Ufa Gub. (Blagovarsky Raion of the RB) — 1921, Sterlitamak], Military Leader. Lieutenant General (1918). Participant of the First World War and the Civil War. Awarded with the 4th Class Order of St. Vladimir (1907), the 2nd (1907) and 3rd (1889) Class Order of St. Anna, the 2nd (1899) and 3rd (1883) Class Order of St. Stanislav. Graduated from the Orenburg Neplyuevsky Cadet Corps (1866). Between 1866—1908 in the Russian Army, while between 1915—18 in the status of Gen. Major (1908); in the People’s Army in 1918; in the Bashkir Army between 1918—19. In the 1st half of 1917, Belebey Garrison Commander, in 1918 – the 1st Muslim Shooting Brigade (Kazan) Commander, the 1st Bashkir Rifle Division Commander, Commander of the Bashkir Separate Сorps. Since 1919, Plenipotentiary of Commander of the Bashkir Troops Administration, later – Military Commander, Chairman of the 1st Mobilization Commission of the Military Commissariat of the ASBR Armed Forces.
