ISHIMBAY KNITWEAR FACTORY, ZAO. Produces knitted products: underwear for toddlers, children, women, men; knitted outwear, sports and recreation clothing. The process cycle includes yarn preparation, knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting and tailoring, production of finished products. To fabricate knitted products, natural yarn and its combinations with threads made of chemical fibers are used. It was put into operation in 1966 as Ishimbay Knitwear Factory; since 1992 has its current name. Awarded with the Order of the Badge of Honour (1976).
