It is a two‑story brick building of eclectic style with modern elements clearly manifested in its architecture. There is also emerald green glazed tile in the upper part of the building and a white arc frieze that stands out against its background. It has a pebbly rustic ground floor; and stucco in the form of a flower ornament and the coat of arms of Ufa. Between 1944—46, based on the project of arch. G.V.Topuz, Feldstein, and Friedman, there was erected the second part of the building (to the right of the original building). The eclectic style is preserved in the architecture of the renovated building: its sides, which were designed in the Old Russian and Romanesque styles combined decorations, made in the Art Nouveau style. Beginning 1919, the building in its different years of operations housed various party and state institutions, and since 1991, the National Museum of the RB has been located here.
