KUTLUGALLYAMOV, Marsel Aksanovich (b.15.9.1941 in Derevnya Kalmakovo of Abzelilovsky Raion of the BASSR), Journalist. Merited Worker of Culture of RF (1994) and the BASSR (1990). Laureate of the Award named after Khudayberdin (1989). Awarded with the Order of Salavat Yulayev (2013). Since 1965, he worked as Department Head in the Oskon newspaper. Since 1990, Chief Editor at the Izvestiya Bashkortostana newspaper. Between 1999—2003, Deputy Press and Mass Media Minister of the RB.
