MARDANOV, Rustem Khabibovich (b.9.5.1964 in Ufa), Statesman. Candidate of Economic Sciences (1992). Merited Economist of the RB (2004). Awarded with the Order of Friendship (2011), Order for Merits to the Republic of Bashkortostan (2015), Order of Salavat Yulayev (2018). Graduated from the UAI (1986). Between 1998–2000 1st Deputy Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy of the RB, since 2002 Chairman of the RB National Bank. Since 2013 1st Deputy Prime Minister, between 2015–18 Prime Minister in the RB Government. Scientific research is dedicated to the problems of financial market development and entrepreneurial activity.
