MOKRY OVRAG
MOKRY OVRAG, a stow, a natural monument (2010). Located in the upper reaches of Red Creek (basin of the Kama River) and its tributary Mokry Ovrag, 3.5 km W of Selo Sukhorechka of Bizhbulyaksky Raion. Territory – 52.2 ha. The relief is ridgy and rolling, dismembered by river valleys. At the mouth of Mokriy Ovrag Creek there is a Shumyashchy Mineralized Spring (one of the outlets is capped). The following plants, included in The Red List of the RB, grow here: Crambe tataria, Stipa korshinskyi, Linum nervosum, Thymelaea passerina, etc, 7 of which (Stipa pulcherrima, Hedysarum grandiflorum, Globularia punctata Lap- eyr, etc) are included in The Red List of the RSFSR. The Red Creek is inhabited by river trout.
