MULDASHEV, Ernst Rifgatovich (b.1.1.1948 in Selo Nizhne‑Sermenevo of Beloretsky Raion of the BASSR, now Selo Sermenevo of the same raion of the RB), Ophthalmologist. Dr.Sci (Medical Sciences) (1995), Full Professor (1996). Merited Doctor of the RF (1998), Master of Sports of the USSR (1978) on sports tourism, Inventor of the USSR (1974). Awarded with the Order for Merits to the Republic of Bashkortostan (2015), Order of Peoples’ Friendship (2007), Order of Salavat Yulayev (2000). After graduating from the BSMI (1972) he worked in the Ufa Eye Research Institute, since 1982 – at the Ufa Hospital No.10, since 1990 Gen. Dir. of the All‑Russian Eye and Plastic Surgery Centre, simultaneously, since 1997 works in BSMU. His scientific research is dedicated to the theoretical and practical aspects of tissue transplantation, development and clinical implementation of biomaterials and transplantation technologies for the surgical treatment of various diseases. He is the founder of new direction in regenerative surgery using Alloplant. Deputy of the 12th Session of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR.
