MUTIN, Ildarkhan Ibragimovich
MUTIN, Ildarkhan Ibragimovich [21.7. 1888, Derevnya Taktalachuk of Menzelinsky Uyezd of Ufa Gub. (Aktanyshsky Raion of the RT) – 3.2.1938], Member of the Bashkir National Movement. Graduated from the Menzelinskoye 4‑year City School. Since 1917 at the Bashkir Central Shuro, Member of the Bashkir Government and the Smaller Kurultay (Congress). In February 1918, arrested along with other members of the Bashkir Government by the Orenburg Gub. Military Revolutionary Committee. Since July, he held senior positions in the Bashkir Military Council, Bashkir Government and in Bashrevkom. Worked as a Deputy People’s Commissar of Food of the ASBR and Deputy Commissioner of Bashkiropomoshch. In June 1920, protesting again the Decree of the Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People’s Commissars of the RSFSR On the State System of the Au- tonomous Soviet Bashkir Republic, together with other members of Bashrevkom, deserted his post and left for the Middle Asia. Worked in Moscow between 1921—22 and since 1926. In 1938, he fell victim of the Great Purge and was executed by shooting.
