NABIULLIN, Valey Gabeyevich [3.4.1914, Derevnya Starokucherbayevo of Belebeyevsky Uyezd of Ufa Gub. (Blagovarsky Raion of the RB) – 25.12.1982, Ufa], Statesman. Awarded with the Order of Lenin (1957), Order of the Red Banner of Labour (1944, 1966). Graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the ACP(b) (Moscow, 1949). Since 1940, 1st Secretary of the Bashkir Obl. Committee of the All‑Union Leninist Young Communists League. Since 1943, Head of Cattle Breeding Department of the Bashkir Obl. Committee of the ACP(b). Between 1945– 46, 1st Deputy People’s Commissar of Agriculture under the Ministry of Cattle Breeding of the BASSR. Since 1949, the Minister of Agriculture of the BASSR. Since 1951, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR. Between 1962–71, Head of the Bashles (Bashkir Forest) Logging Plant. Chairman of the Supreme Council of the BASSR (1939–47).
