MOBILE MEDICAL UNITS

MOBILE MEDICAL UNITS, the mobile clinics for provision of on-site medical care to population. They provide regular health examinations, primary medical care in emergency situations and mass events, etc. These units can also be used to resupply healthcare institutions with necessary equipment in case they do not have additional and specially prepared rooms and areas available. The M.m.u. are equipped with life-support systems, modern and innovative medical equipment for provision of medical care in inaccessible and remote areas. The Republican Clinical Hospital has a centre for modular healthcare provision. In 2018, there were about 20 active M.m.u. in raions and cities of the RB.
