PET-­TECHNOLOGY

PET-­TECHNOLOGY, a federal network of nuclear medicine centers. It specializes in diagnostics and treatment of oncologic diseases and production of radiopharmaceuticals. The network utilize the PET/CT-scanning (positron-emission tomography combined with computer tomography) and the Cyber-Knife robotized radiotherapy system. In 2018, there were 8 centers of the network in the cities of the RF. The first PET-T centre was opened in Ufa in 2014. It consists of a diagnostic department with PET/CT scanner, hubs with cyclotrons, automatic synthesis modules, robotized bottling lines, etc. In 2018, it had 56 employees.
