REPUBLICAN FIRST AID STATION AND DISASTER RELIEF MEDICAL CENTRE. Founded in Ufa in 1923. Consists of 3 substation and 9 branches in Ufa and Ufimsky Raion, etc. There are 81 teams working 24/7, incl. 14 specialized teams, 49 feldsher teams and 18 teams of general medical practice. Since 2009, the GLONASS/GPS satellite system is used for monitoring of medical vehicles. Since 2016, the works on creation of EDDS‑03 unified dispatch service for provision of first aid are being carried out. In 2017, it had over 640 employees, 110 of them were general physicians and about 400 – nurses.
