RYZHOV, Alexey Andreyevich (b.10.7. 1931 in Selo Kavetka of Chishmy Raion of the BASSR), Mechanical Engineer. Merited Acad. of the AS RB (1995), Dr. of Engineering (1970). Merited Scientist and Engineer of the BASSR (1975), Merited Machine Builder of the RB (1995). Laureate of the State Award of the USSR (1988), RB (1999) in the field of Science and Engineering. Awarded with the Order of the October Revolution (1985), Order of the Red Banner of Labour (1971). Graduated from the UAI (1959). Since 1950 worked at the State Union Plant No.26 (Ufa). Between 1955–2013 at NPP Motor: since 1983 as Chief Designer, since 1989 as Chief Designer and Gen. Dir., since 1992 as Gen. Designer, since 2000 as Advisor; at the same time in 1987–2013 in USATU. His research and production activity is dedicated to aircraft engines designing.
