SABIRKHUZIN, Rustem Vilevich (b.4.1.1978 in Ufa), Athlete. Merited Master of Sports (modern pentathlon) of Russia (2006). Distinguished Athlete of the RB (2000). A trainee of the Republican Specialist Children and Youth Modern Pentathlon School of the Olympic Reserve (Coach – V.M.Chudnovsky). Winner of the World Cup (2003), Silver (2007) and Bronze (2005) Medalist of the European Singles Championships. The World (2004–05) and European (2000, 2007) Team Champion, European Champion (2008) and Silver Medalist of the World Championship (2000, 2003, 2005) in the relay. European Champion (3‑times, 1998–99) among juniors. Participant of the Olympic Games (2004, 2012). Member of the Russian National Team (1998–2010).
