SALAVATNEFTEKHIMPROEKT, a Faci‑lity Design Institute for oil refining and petrochemical industry, OOO. Established in 1948. Main activities: development of design and detailed documentation for industrial facilities in oil refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, technical designs for non‑standard equipment, expert analysis of industrial safety in the design documentation, organisation of supervision over construction of industrial and public facilities, etc. Specialists of S. were involved in the development of the gas supply system in Salavat. Most of OOO Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat facilities were built and made operational based on the designs of the Institute, including process units, tank farms, flare systems, power supply and engineering utilities, etc.
