SAFIN, Khalil Masgutovich [b.1.7.1963, Derevnya Kulganino of Abzelilovsky Raion of the BASSR (Burzyansky Raion of the RB)], Hydraulic Engineer. Acad. of the AS RB (2016), Dr.Sci (Agriculture) (2003), Full Professor (2006). After graduating from the BAI (1985), he continued his career there. Since 1986 in Abzelilovsky Raion: since 1992 Dir. of AKH Kyzylyar, since 1994 – of Experimental Production Farm Abzelilovskoye. Since 1996 at the Bashkir Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture, since 2000 at the Ministry of Agriculture of the RB, since 2008 at BSAU, since 2013 at the AS RB (since 2015 as Academic Secretary of the Department of Biological and Agricultural Sciences). Scientific studies are dedicated to optimization of the technology of cultivation of forage crops on irrigated and boharic lands, development of optimal irrigation standards for agricultural zones.
