SAKHAUTDINOV, Vener Gazizovich (1.1.1939, Derevnya Kinzyabayevo of Yumaguzinsky Raion of the BASSR – 6.1. 2019, Ufa), Surgeon. Associate Member of the AS RB (1997), Dr.Sci (Medical Sciences) (1979), Full Professor (1980). Merited Master of Sciences of the RF (1991) and BASSR (1985), Merited Doctor of the RB (1994), Excellent Worker of Public Health of the RF (1999), Inventor of the USSR (1987). Awarded with the Order of Honour (1998), Order for Merits to the Republic of Bashkortostan (2012). After graduating from the BSMI (1962) worked in Sibay Municipal Hospital until 1966. Since 1968 at the BSMU: between 1981– 86 Rector, since 2008 Advisor to Rector. Between 1998–2003 Chairman of the Committee of Labour, Social Issues and Healthcare of the State Assembly – the Kurultay of the RB. His scientific research is dedicated to issues of microsurgery, abdominal surgery, surgical infections, improvement of diagnostics and treatment of osteomyelitis, chronic pneumonia, etc. Deputy of the 1–3rd Sessions of the State Assembly – the Kurultay of the RB.
