SAHAUTDINOVA, Mastyura Nizamovna [7.1.1903, Derevnya Verhnye Kigi of Zlatoustovsky Uyezd of the Ufa Gub. (now Kiginsky Raion of the RB) – 21.3.1996, Ufa], an engineer‑architect. Merited architect of the RB (1993). Awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labour (1949), Order of the Badge of Honour (1949, 1967).After graduating from V.V.Kuibyshev Military Engineering Academy of the Red Army (Moscow, 1936) became chief architect, and deputy manager in the “Bashproekt” trust. In 1937, became People’s Commissar of Communal Service of the BASSR, and in 1939, chairman of the Scientific Technical Council. In1942, she was deputy chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of BASSR, between 1945—1962 the chief of The Office of Architecture of the Council of Ministers of the BASSR (all in Ufa). Between 1938–43, she was president of the Board of the Union of Architects BASSR. Her scientific works were dedicated to issues of civil construction in the republic. She was a deputy of the 2nd – the 4th Sessions of the Supreme Council of the BASSR.
