URZHUMSKIYE MINERAL SPRINGS, a natural monument (1965). Located in the Chukuda River valley (tributary of the Bir River), 4 km E of Selo Malosukhoyazovo of Birsky Raion. There are 6 artesian springs located 300 m from one another. The total discharge rate is 12 l/s. The water is salty, mineralized (5—11.9 g/l); by gas composition it is low‑sulphur, temperature 7°C. Landscapes in the surrounding area are represented by broad‑leaf forests.
