FARRAKHOV, Minikhazi Minivaleyevich [19.3.1931, Selo Yumadybash, Tuymazinsky Raion of the BASSR (Sharansky Raion of the RB) – 1.2.2003, Ufa], Industrialist. Hero of Socialist Labour (1986). Awarded with the Order of Lenin (1971, 1986), the Order of the Red Banner of Labour (1966), and the Order of People’s Friendship (1981). Between 1941–51, he worked at the Frunze Kolkhoz of Tuymazinsky Raion. Since 1955 at the Oktyabrskneft Administration, since 1964 – Surgutneft; since 1966 at Yuganskneftegaz Production Group (since 1975 as Head of the Oil and Gas Production Administration of Yuganskneft; both – in Nefteyugansk); between 1978–91 Head of the Oil and Gas Production Administration of Mamontovneft (Pyt-Yakh).
