Founded in Ufa in 2016. Consists of departments of Analysis and Strategic Planning, Acknowledging Citizens to be in Need of Social Services, Development of Individual Rehabilitation Programs for Disabled Individuals, Methodical Work and Development of Social Service Technologies, etc.
