“MYTHOLOGICAL DICTIONARY OF THE  BASHKIR  LANGUAGE”,  Bashkir-Russian dictionary of mythological vocabulary (Moscow, 2010). Compiled by F.G. Khisamitdinova. The dictionary includes about 5,000 words and phrases related to Bashkir mythology. The publication is a synthesis of mythological and explanatory dictionaries. Dictionary entries are devoted to mythological and mythologized characters, animals, plants, places and objects, as well as traditional holidays, customs, and natural phenomena. The articles contain linguistic and folklore examples. Dialect words are given with the indication of the dialect and with reference to the literary or general scientific correspondence. Etymological information, phonetic, and spelling variants are given for individual terms. The publication has an alphabetical index, a list of informants, etc.
