TSVETAEVA LITERARY, HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL CENTER

TSVETAEVA LITERARY, HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL CENTER, public organization, branch of the House of Peoples’ Friendship. It was created in 1998 in the village Usen-Ivanovskoye in Belebeyevsky district of the RB in order to safeguard and revive the cultural heritage, folklore, and traditional forms of life of Russians. The center holds Maslenitsa, Ivan Kupala holiday, and other holidays; Tsvetaeva literary readings and Tsvetaeva bonfire with a folk festival at the Maiden spring. The center’s delegation participated in the 2nd (2009) and 3rd (2015) congresses of the Assembly of the Peoples of the RB and the Council of Russians of Bashkortostan. The center has a permanent exhibition of folk and applied art. The center participates in the international Aksakov holiday, days of Slavic writing and culture, various holidays, competitions, and festivals. The center is the home of folklore ensembles “Sudarushka”, “Solovushka”, vocal groups “Berezka”, “Yunost”, “Golosisty solovey”.
