AIRCRAFT ENGINES
AIRCRAFT ENGINES. A.e. have been produced in Bashkortostan since the 1940s. Starting from the late 1960s, Bashkortostan has produced two-shaft turbo engines: the R11‑300, R13-300, R25-300, R95SH, R195, R29B-300, etc, for MiG and Su aircraft. Engines with a complex two-loop system, e.g. AL-31F for Su-27 and Su-30 fighters have also been manufactured. The Gidravlika Enterprise manufactures auxiliary power units, TA-6, TA-8 and TA-12, for passenger and military transport aircraft. A VD-100 unit was used in the Il-114 aircraft, and other aerial vehicles. A.e. are also in production by the Motor Enterprise. They create power conversion units GTE-10/95 using R95Sh A.e. to generate electrical and thermal power. The UMPO plant manufactures aircraft engines AL-31ST and AL‑31STE, which are also used in gas pumping units, and thermal power stations. In 2018 they started the serial production of RDL33 line engines for MiG aircraft.
