ADMINISTRATION  OF  HEAD  OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN

ADMINISTRATION  OF  HEAD  OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN, established by Head of the RB in accordance with paragraph 24 of Article 87 of the Constitution of the RB. The A. is supposed to assist Head of the RB to conduct his management, legal, data analysis, logistics and financial activities. It prepares Bills to be introduced by Head of the RB to the National Assembly—Kurultay of the Republic of Bashkortostan as a legislative initiative. It also drafts annual messages of Head of the RB to the people of the RB and the National Assembly — the Kurultay of the RB and conclusions on the bills reviewed by the latter. It prepares coordinates and introduces draft decrees and orders to Head of the RB and provides for their further official publication. Head It coordinates the activities of consultative and advisory bodies; controls and administers the execution of decrees, orders and instructions of Head of the RB; ensures the interaction of Head of the RB with the state bodies, political parties, public associations, foreign political and public authorities, international organizations; represents interests of Head of the RB in judicial bodies; collects, processes and analyses information on social, economic and cultural life of the RB. Apart from all the above listed, it receives and analysis citizens of the RB appeals, proposals of public associations, documents of state and local self­government, etc. General management of the Administration is carried out by Head of the RB. The administration consists of Head of the Administration of Head of the RB, Secretary of the Public Security Council of the RB, Media and Information Services Department and other structural subdivisions.
