ASKINO MINERAL SPRINGS

ASKINO MINERAL SPRINGS, are located in the valley of the Askin River (tributary of the Inzer River), 100 m SE of Derevnya Askino of Arkhangelsky Raion. There are 3 artesian springs 100 m from one another: the flowrate of the first is 40—50 l/s [water is low-mineralized (up to 2.0 g/l), hydrocarbonate-chloride]; the flowrate of the second spring — 3 l/s (water is chloride hydrocarbonate, sodium, calcium-sodium); the flowrate of the third spring — 5 l/s (water is hydrocarbonate calcium). Temperature 6—15°C. Landscapes are represented by broad-leaf forests (alder, elm).
