AYUPOV, Mansur Anvarovich

AYUPOV, Mansur Anvarovich (b.8.7. 1947 in Derevnya Ismagilovo of Davlekanovsky Raion of the BASSR), Politologist. Associate Member of the AS RB (2009), Dr.Sci. (Political Sciences) (2004), Full Professor (2009). Merited Cultural Sector Worker of the RB (1997). Awarded with the Order for Merits to the Republic of Bashkortostan (2012). Graduated from the BSU (1973) and Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU (Moscow, 1978). Since 1979, he worked in Bashkir Obl. Committee of the CPSU; since 1986, Chief Editor of The Council of Bashkortostan newspaper. Since 1990, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the BASSR,  Deputy  Prime Minister of the RB; since 1994, State Secretary of the RB; since 1998 (with an interval), Rector of the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration and Management. Between 2003–07, Deputy of the State Duma of the RF. Between 2011–16, VicePresident of the AS RB. Between 2002–07, Secretary of the Political Council of the Bashkir Regional Branch of the United Russia All-Russian Political Party. Scientific  research  is  dedicated  to  the problems of formation and functioning of political power in the conditions of society modernization. Deputy of the 11th Session of the Supreme Council of the BASSR.
