BAYDAVLYETOV, Rafael Ibragimovich (b.16.8.1943 in Derevnya Brish of Beloretsky Raion of the BASSR), Statesman. Merited Specialist of the Unified Energy System of Russia (2003), Merited Energy Worker of the RB (1993), Merited Worker of the Fuel and Energy Complex of the RF (2003). Awarded with the Order of Honour (2004), Order for Merits to the Republic of Bashkortostan (2003), Order of  Salavat Yulayev (2008). Graduated from the Ivanovo Energy Institute (1970). Since 1987, Chief Engineer of Energotekhservice under the Bashkirenergo Association. Since 1994, Gen. Dir. of Ufa Elektroseti. Since 1997, Gen. Dir. of OAO Bashkirenergo. Since 1998 1st  Deputy  Prime  Minister, since 1999 Prime Minister of the Government of the RB. Between 2008–10, Representative of the Executive Body of the RB in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of  the  RF.  Since  2011,  Plenipotentiary Representative  of  OAO  Elektrozavod  in the RB.
