BAKHTIZIN, Ramil Nazifovich

BAKHTIZIN, Ramil Nazifovich (b.30.3. 1955 in Ufa), Mathematician. Academik of the AS  RB  (2016),  Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1992), Full Professor (1994). Merited Scientist of the RB (2001), Merited Worker of Gas Industry (1998) and Higher Vocational Education (2010) of the RF. Laureate of the RB State Award  in Science and Technology (2019), Laureate of the Bashkirian Komsomol Award (1986). Awarded with the Order of Friendship (Vietnam, 2015). A son of N.R.Bakhtizin. On graduation from the LSU (1977) works at USPTU, since 2001 – Vice‑Rector for academic affairs, in 2014–19 — Rector. In 2011–15 the President of the AS RB. His scientific activity is dedicated to application of math­ modelling methods to processes of oil and gas production, transport and refining in the oil & gas sector. Chief Editor of the sci­tech magazine Neftegazovoye delo (Oil & Gas Affairs), the scientific electronic publication under the same name (since 2002), and the magazine Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2012–15). Deputy of the 6th State Assembly – Kurultay of the RB.
