BASHVOLGOTANKER Shipping Company, ZAO (Ufa). Performs the carriage of oil products in the basins of the rivers of the European part of Russia, comprehensive service of transport fleet, and ship repair. The structural divisions of the company are located in Ufa, Samara, Astrakhan, PGT Kamskoye Ustye (RT), RostovonDon, Yaroslavl; the key cargogenerating centers are located in the ports of Ufa, Samara, Syzran, and Saratov. For transportation purposes, it uses tugs, tows and tankers of “riversea” mixed navigation, as well as mooring and transshipment fleet. The Company fleet is represented by vessels: anchors of Volgoneft type, pushtugs of OT2000 and Ural types, tank barges of various carrying capacity, oil pumping stations. It was founded in 1948 as the Ufa Operation Department, since 1968 the Bashkir District Administration of Volgotanker Shipping Company, since 1995 has its current name. Since 1993 a branch of Volgotanker Volga Bulk Shipping Company.
