Main activities include: construction design, reconstruction, and overhaul of residential and public buildings, utilities and networks. Residential buildings, social, cultural and public facilities were built in Belebey, Oktyabrsky, Tuymazy and other localities of the Republic, also, the residential block of houses in Yugorsk, and the orphanage in Nyagan, including also, residential buildings and sport facilities in PGT Beryozovo of Khanty­-Mansi Autono­mous Okrug, and others.
