BOROVIK, Vadim Aleksandrovich (b.19.3.1986 in Ufa), Athlete. Merited Master of Sports (swimming)  of  Russia  (2010). A trainee of the Specialist Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No.18 (Ufa; Coach – R.A.Karimov). Champion of the Deaflympics (2009) and World Champion (2­times, 2014) in the relay, the European Champion (2010), Bronze Medalist of the European 50m Freestyle Swimming Championship (2014). Participant of the Deaflympics (2013). Member of the Russian National Team (from 2007).
