BUKAYEV, Gennady Ivanovich (b.15.9. 1947 in Selo Stepnoy of Chkalov Obl.), Statesman and Industrialist. Candidate of Economics (1998). Merited Economist of the RF (1998). Laureate of the RF State Award (2004). Awarded with the 4th Class Order for Merits to the Fatherland (2007). Graduated from the UNI (1971), Sverdlovsk Higher Party School (1980). Since 1972, he worked at Svyazstroy­-5 Trust (Sterlitamak). Since 1975, at the UNI; since 1977 at the Ordzhonikidzevsky Executive Committee of the Raion Council of Ufa, since 1978 at the Bashkir Obl. Committee of the CPSU, since 1985 1st Secretary of the Belebey City Committee of the CPSU, since 1990 at the Council of Ministers of the BASSR, since 1992 Head of the State Tax Inspectorate of the RB; since 1999 – of Moscow, since 2000 the Minister for Taxes and Levies of the RF, since 2004 Assistant to Chairman of the RF Government, since 2008 – to 1st Deputy Chairman of the RF Government. Since 2012, Advisor to President of the RB. Since 2013 President of the Company, since 2015 Head of the Internal Audit Service of OAO NK Rosneft, since 2016 Gen. Dir. of OAO Rosneftegaz (all – in Moscow).
