HOUSEHOLD SERVICES
HOUSEHOLD SERVICES, communal services and amenities, provision of non productive and productive services to the population. The quality and completeness of the provision of household services form comfortable living environment of the population. In the RB, they rank 3rd in the structure of paid H.s. (after housing and public utilities and transport services). H.s. are mainly provided to the population by the enterprises of medium and smallsized business and private entrepreneurs. The structure of H.s. mainly consists of: the repair and construction of housing, tech nical maintenance and repair of vehicles, repair and sewing of clothes, repair of household appliances, repair, painting and sewing of footwear, manufacture and repair of furniture; hairdressing, cosmetic, ritual services; bath and shower services, photo studio, rent enterprises, laundries, dry cleaning and dyeing services. In the RB, there are more than 10.5 thous. H.s. enterprises, providing more than 1 thous. types of services (2017).
