KHABIROV, Radiy Faritovich [b.20.3.1964, Derevnya Sayranovo of Sterlitamaksky Raion of the BASSR (now Ishimbaysky Raion of the RB)], Statesman. Head of the RB. Candidate of Juridical Sciences (1998). Merited Lawyer of the RB (2008). Awarded with the Order of Alexander Nevsky (2021), the Order of Honour (2012), the Order for Loyalty to Duty (Rep. of Crimea; 2015). After graduating from BSU in 1989 he worked there in the following positions: Lecturer, since 1998 – Deputy Dean at the Department of Law, since 2002 – Dir. of the Institute of Law. Since 2003, Head of the Administration of the President of the RB. Since 2008, Head of the Department for Interaction with the Federal Assembly of the RF and Political Parties. Since 2009, Deputy Head of the RF Presidential Domestic Policy Directorate. Since 2017, Head of Krasnogorsky Raion of Moscow Oblast. Since 2018, Acting Head of the RB, since 2019, Head of the RB, simultaneously, between 2018–20 Prime Minister of the Government of the RB. Scientific research is concerned with the natural resources, agrarian, ecological and municipal laws.
